Description
BayTech’s RPC9 offers flexible power management, including individual receptacle control – on, off, reboot and circuit-level power metering.
The RPC9’s command interface consists of an Ethernet port and an RS-232 port. The Ethernet port provides SNMP, SSH and Telnet connectivity. The RS-232 can be connected to a local terminal, BayTech’s DS Series and F Series controllers or any RS-232 terminal server.
When combined with BayTech’s Global Power Management Software, the RPC9 becomes part of a remote power management strategy, which includes the ability to control single- or dual-corded devices as well as monitor power to avoid tripping breakers and manage real-time load density.
Like all of BayTech’s power management products, the RPC9 delivers reliable PCB-based power distribution. Because the receptacles are built on circuit boards, they should never fail due to faulty wiring or cold solder joints.
